This Privacy Policy explains what personal information MZ Growth collects through us.mzgrowth.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
MZ Growth collects information you give us directly and information created when you use the site:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number;
- your company name;
- the content of messages you send us;
- form submissions, including whether you ticked the text message consent box and when;
- call booking details, such as the time you choose and anything you enter when scheduling;
- site usage data, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location taken from your IP address. Where we use cookies or analytics tools, they collect this data. Third-party tools embedded on the site, such as our video player and booking calendar, may set their own cookies.
3. How we use it
MZ Growth uses your information to:
- respond to enquiries;
- schedule and confirm calls;
- deliver and bill our services;
- send text messages and emails you have consented to;
- improve the site.
We use your information only for these purposes, or where the law requires or allows it.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
You opt in to receive text messages from MZ Growth by ticking the consent box on our forms or by giving verbal consent on a call with us. Messages may include follow-ups about a potential partnership, requests to schedule a call, confirmations and reminders for booked calls, and replies to your questions.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. You can also email admin@mzgrowth.com.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
5. Sharing
MZ Growth shares personal information only with the service providers we need to run the business: our customer relationship management (CRM) system, messaging providers, website hosting, and payment processing. These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us.
Personal data is never sold. SMS opt-in data and consent are handled as described in the Text messaging (SMS) section and are not shared for anyone else’s marketing. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
6. Data retention and security
MZ Growth keeps personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, such as access controls and encryption in transit, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
If you are in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR gives you the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
If you are a US resident, state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) give you the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. MZ Growth does not sell personal information, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.

8. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not for anyone under 18. MZ Growth does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email admin@mzgrowth.com and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
MZ Growth may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, highlight them on the site.
